Bryan's genuine compassion and concern for people, mixed with his unique ability to guide conversation with thoughtful questions, helped me see the answers and solutions I sought.  His feedback on personal and professional relationships, career pursuits and choices, gave me the courage to take many of my life's "next steps" with confidence.

Bryan works from a perspective of "You have the power within you," and he gently challenged me to tap into it and move from a place of emotional paralysis, to a desire to seize each moment and move toward my goals.

His diverse professional and personal successes offer him a rich well of experience from which to draw.  When he provides his guidance - it's not from some coaching "Book of the Month" or trending topic in social media - it's from the heart, based on a deep understanding of people and his genuine desire to see you do well.

I've been moved to deep reflection and understanding after so many of my visits with Bryan.  With his help I've successfully freed myself from the bondage of stereotypes and perceived norms, and have begun a more spiritual journey on a life path better-suited for me.  Bryan's gifts of time, guidance and feedback, have been some of the most-valued gifts I've ever received.

One of the most important yet hardest things for a good leader is to seek honest personal feedback. It is easy to pull from strengths and continue to execute in the heat of everyday decision making. However, the choice to take time out and really evaluate you for personal improvement and ultimately organizational improvement will translate to more happiness and connectedness.

Bryan, has a lot of wisdom in his personal coaching approach. He uses tools, but goes beyond the matrix to understand the motivation and reasoning for personal actions. He listens intently for subtle context that can open up huge growth possibilities. He is direct, yet understanding of the reality of living and working with complex circumstances. I personally learned much about how to better communicate and lead, both at work and in my personal pursuits.

I highly recommend working with Bryan; for specific goals and for creating a more abundant work/life wholeness.

Bryan has a very unique gift for seeing through the surface presentation of clients' issues and challenges and getting quickly to the core.  Very few coaches have this ability, and it is so valuable--especially for clients with limited time.  He has real compassion for and a deep understanding of the issues so many of us face today.  His life experience, both as a business professional and a world traveler, help make him such a standout in the field.

I myself have been a coach for many years, and I cannot count the times when Bryan, as a trusted colleague, has jumped in and coached me spontaneously on various things that I was overlooking in my life and practice.  He always had insights that were spot-on that helped me to move forward into more growth or resolution.

In my opinion, he is the best coach I have ever encountered.  Don't pass up this opportunity to utilize his special gifts to enhance your life.

When I was being coached by Bryan, he had a way of asking questions and directing the flow of conversation that got to the root of my questions, my fears, my uncertainties.  Once we knew the real hurdles standing in my way, he then systematically broke down these big, seemingly insurmountable problems into smaller, more manageable solutions.  What I liked best is that, during this process (which at times was certainly challenging), I discovered I had the 'answers' all along.  Coaching is not an easy fix, or looking for someone else to provide the answers to your life questions, but rather an open, honest conversation in which I felt guided to really look at what drives me, what I want out of this life, what is most important to me.  It was a pleasure and a journey working with Bryan.
